What constitutes the number of allocations per weight class?
Each wrestler was measured on the following: Division I winning percentage; rating percentage index (RPI); and coaches ranking. Kind of an arbitrary system for the general public. Basically they see how many “good” wrestlers are in each regional and then give that many spots.
